With a redecorated and restored church, and with snowdrops, crocus, violets and daffodils, the spring is an excellent time to visit St John’s Church, Churchyard and Churchyard Trail.
Visits from local schools, nurseries, playgroups, church groups, community groups, youth groups, and those who work locally, are always welcome.
We can develop a visit around themes to suit your groups, and the church and churchyard have resources for Key Stage 1 and 2 of the National Curriculum for English, History, Science and Religious Education. It is easy to book, just ring 020 8257 2792, and we can discuss your requirements. You, your group, your class and your colleagues would be very welcome.
Information sheets on the art work of the Church, the East Window, the Churchyard Trail, and William Cotton are available free for local groups.
