Tours last approximately 90 minutes, including half an hour at the top of the tower. Start times vary according to the time of year.

There are 96 steep steps, with a chance to rest halfway. It is not advisable for people with a heart or respiratory condition to climb the tower. Please wear appropriate shoes, and warm clothing that you do not mind getting dusty. Under-16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. A maximum of 20 people are are admitted on each tour.

Adults: £12.50
Seniors, recipients of Income Support or Jobseekers’ Allowance, adults in groups of ﬁve or more: £10
8- to 16-year-olds: £5 (sorry, no under 8s)

All proceeds help to meet the cost of the ongoing restoration of this fine church.

HOW TO BOOK

Let us know your name, phone number, the date you would like to book for and the number of people in your party. We will be in touch within three working days to conﬁrm your booking, payment details and the start time of your tour.

Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather, in which case you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
